Trying to manage a busy schedule and fit everything in whilst maintaining work/life balance and ensuring you have enough time for you is difficult and can be stressful. What to expect from life coaching
Life coaching is different for everyone. Sessions are carried out in a safe, comfortable environment and are entirely confidential. In the first session, we will focus on you and what brought you to life coaching in the first place and then in following sessions we will explore your problems and concerns further. Through asking questions, encouraging conversations and setting small attainable challenges and targets, I will help you work towards where you want to be.
How many sessions will I need?
How many life coaching sessions you need is entirely dependent on you and what you are hoping to achieve. If your reason for coming is to get help achieving a short-term goal then you will likely need fewer sessions than if you want more general guidance or are looking for bigger, more life changing results. The pace is set by you, and your level of commitment will also determine how quickly you achieve your goals. The more you put in, the more you get out, and quicker.

More about Life coaching
Life coaching is often confused with psychotherapy, but whilst there are similarities, they are not the same thing. Both are talking therapies and both a therapist and life coach will sit with you, listen and steer the conversation to help you explore your thoughts, feelings and challenges. But, whilst a therapist will look to the past and try to explain behaviours, a life coach focuses on the here and now. They work with you to put strategies in place to help you move forwards and make the most of life, whether in a personal or professional sense. A life coach won’t offer opinions or make decisions for you, but they will provide a safe space to talk through ideas and issues and aid you in coming to your own conclusions.
